Thorough training
Once our technical consultants have completed the design and installation work, we allocate good time for user training. This is a critical phase in a project, and our course instructors therefore ensure that users are given thorough training in using the equipment.
Leads to increased utilisation
Training leads to increased utilisation of solutions, and will in turn give you a greater return on your investment. For us, a project is not completed before a solution has been put into use as anticipated, which means that the customer has achieved full utilisation of the collaboration solution.
